CAL Boys Golf Team Headed to State for 3rd Consecutive Year

On Tuesday, the boys varsity golf team participated in the 6th Region Tournament held at Charlie Vettner Golf Course and we're pleased to announce that they are headed back to the state tournament for the third consecutive year. After winning the region two years ago and finishing runner-up last year, the boys managed to weather the storm (literally) and finish runner up again this year to St. X. After a four hour rain delay and wet conditions, the team was lead by Senior Spencer Swift's 76 and Junior Jimmy Kev Clements' 78, followed by Ben Montgomery, Jonathan Embry, and Jake Davis, to bring home the hardware and another trip to state. Way to go boys!
