You played lacrosse at CAL. How do you think that will impact your coaching style? I know the program well, and I know what the athletes need to do to succeed and grow as players and students.
When did you start playing lacrosse? I started playing lacrosse in 8th grade.
What motivates you to coach? Seeing the athletes grow in their talent and skill level while also having the role of mentor to the girls as they prepare for life after high school.
How do you use the sport of lacrosse to disciple your players? I strive to foster an environment both on and off the field that provides leadership and guidance to the girls in ways that best fit their individual needs.
What is your biggest goal in building the lacrosse program? To create an environment of hard work, dedication and friendship between the players that will continue in the years to come.
What makes you laugh out loud? Kaitlin Semak
