The flu season will be upon us soon. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has posted “Take 3” Actions to prevent the Flu. Please review this important information.
Also, please note and adhere to our policies on the wellness of your child when coming to school. It REALLY makes a difference in preventing the spread of illnesses.
Students must be fever free (less than 100º, un-medicated) and diarrhea/vomiting free for 24 hours before returning to school. Un-medicated means that no drugs such as Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) or Acetaminophen (Tylenol) have been given to the child. Students who return to school after having had a documented fever or vomiting/diarrhea in the previous 24 hours or have been ill with the same at home in the previous 24 hours, will be sent home.
Praying for a healthy school year!
